1.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the tkboss platform in any capacity — including visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the tkboss platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors.

tkboss reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. 1.2 Eligibility

To use tkboss, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period of your account:

tkboss reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

2.1 Registration

To access the full range of tkboss services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active tkboss account at any one time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where tkboss identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, all outstanding bonuses will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. Verified winnings obtained through a single primary account may be refunded at tkboss's sole discretion.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your tkboss account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tkboss will never contact you by phone, email, or SMS to request your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tkboss customer support immediately via the platform's live chat function.

2.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your tkboss account at any time by contacting customer support. tkboss will process verified account closure requests within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method. tkboss also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where these Terms and Conditions have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account would expose tkboss to legal or regulatory risk.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkboss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile wallet and banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkboss does not accept payments from third-party accounts — the account used for deposit must belong to the registered player.

3.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 . The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification level and the selected payment method. tkboss reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tkboss account within seconds of a confirmed transaction. In exceptional cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact customer support with your transaction reference number. tkboss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) hour during normal operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside standard processing hours may take up to 24 hours. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass identity verification in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms. tkboss reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

3.5 Refused and Reversed Transactions

tkboss reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where fraud is suspected, where the transaction breaches these Terms, or where regulatory compliance requires it. In such cases, tkboss will notify the account holder and, where possible, return funds to the source payment method. Any transaction fees incurred in connection with a refused or reversed transaction are the responsibility of the account holder.

4.1 Verification Requirements

tkboss is committed to operating a safe platform and may require account holders to complete identity verification (commonly referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point. Verification may be triggered by: a first withdrawal request, a high-value transaction, account activity that triggers an internal risk flag, or a routine compliance review. Requested documents may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of your mobile wallet matching your registered number.

4.2 Consequences of Non-Verification

Where a verification request has been issued, account withdrawals will be suspended until the required documentation is received and approved. tkboss aims to complete verification reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a verification request may result in account suspension. tkboss takes no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to complete verification in a timely manner.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

These general terms apply to all promotions unless a promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion's individual terms prevail for matters specific to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements — certain game categories, including some live dealer tables and progressive jackpot slots, may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution rate for each game category is displayed in the individual promotion terms. Winnings generated from bonus funds remain as bonus funds until all wagering requirements are satisfied.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tkboss uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times, using multiple accounts to access a welcome offer, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming engagement, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances forfeited and may be suspended without notice. Real-money deposits are not affected by forfeiture of bonus funds.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

tkboss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and partially completed the wagering requirements, tkboss will honour the bonus on a pro-rata basis at its sole discretion. tkboss is under no obligation to offer any specific promotion and may change the promotional schedule at any time without prior notice.

6.1 Game Rules

6.2 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, software error, or connectivity disruption during a game round, the affected round will be void and any wager placed in that round will be refunded to the player's account balance. Where a malfunction results in an apparent win that exceeds a game's theoretical maximum payout, tkboss reserves the right to void that win and return the stake. tkboss is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues outside of its direct control, including issues originating with third-party game providers, mobile networks, or device software.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkboss platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with games or the platform on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption-related betting in sports markets.

6.4 Sports Betting — Void and Cancelled Events

Where a sports event covered by tkboss is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play for settlement has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. Where an event is completed but results are subject to official review or appeals, tkboss will settle markets once an official result is confirmed by the governing body. Settlement decisions made by tkboss based on official results are final.

7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare
